What data do we collect?
- Order data: name, phone number, delivery address and email — to process and deliver your order.
- Basic browsing data (like the pages you visit) — to improve the store experience.
- Your email if you subscribe to the newsletter — used only for offers and new arrivals.
How do we use your data?
We use your data only to run the store: processing and delivering orders, answering your questions, and improving your experience. We never sell your data to any third party.
Who do we share data with?
Orders are processed securely through Shopify, and delivery details are shared with the courier only as needed to deliver your order. We don't store payment details — payment is cash on delivery.
Shade-match photos
If you use the "Find your shade" feature on a product page, the photo you take is sent to our AI provider to read your skin tone for that single request, then discarded. We don't store it on our servers, don't link it to your account, and don't use it for anything else. Using the feature is entirely optional.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and unsubscribe from the newsletter. Email us at info@misty.ps and we'll act on it promptly.
