Using the Misty store means you agree to the following terms — written in clear, simple language.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in shekels (₪) and include tax. We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate; if a clear pricing error occurs or an item runs out after you order, we'll contact you immediately to cancel or adjust the order together.

Payment

Payment is currently cash on delivery (COD). Your order is confirmed by message after checkout, and nothing is charged before you receive it.

Shipping & exchanges

Delivery details are on the shipping & delivery page, and the full exchange policy is on the returns & exchanges page — both are part of these terms.

Site use & intellectual property

All content on the site (images, copy, logos) belongs to Misty or the brand owners and may not be used commercially without permission.
The site may not be used in any way that harms it or its users.
We may update these terms from time to time — the version published here is always the one in effect.
