Your peace of mind matters. If a product isn't right for you, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery under the conditions below.
Exchange policy
Products can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons inherent to beauty products, we offer exchanges only (not refunds), except when a damaged or wrong product arrives.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice).
- Final-sale items are excluded from exchange unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
